Intended for IVF culture of embryos from pronucleate stage to day 2 or day 3. Cleavage medium is not intended for transferring embryos to the uterine cavity.
Bicarbonate buffered.
Includes antioxidants and nonessential amino acids.
Low in glucose and high in pyruvate to support early cleavage stage development.
Technical parameters include sterility (USP<71>) with no growth, endotoxin (USP<85>) below 0.25EU/mL, pH 7.2-7.6, osmolality 265-295 mOsmol/kg, and mouse embryo assay development after a 48-hour exposure.
