Bicarbonate buffered.
Includes antioxidants and nonessential amino acids.
Contains glucose for blastocyst metabolism and energy production.
Technical parameters include sterility (USP<71>) with no growth, endotoxin (USP<85>) below 0.25EU/mL, pH 7.2-7.6, osmolality 265-295 mOsmol/kg, and mouse embryo assay development after a 72-hour exposure.
