Indicated for use in the vitrification of oocytes (MII), pronuclear (PN) zygotes through day 3 cleavage stage embryos, and blastocyst stage embryos.
HEPES buffered.
Contains trehalose.
Used in a three-step vitrification process.
HSA free.
Technical parameters include sterility (USP<71>) with no growth, endotoxin (USP<85>) below 0.25EU/mL, pH 7.2-7.6, and mouse embryo assay development to expanded blastocyst at 96 hours.
