Oversee installation support, commissioning, and service follow-up for active product divisions.

Coordinate with product specialists and customer teams to resolve technical issues quickly.

Maintain documentation that keeps provider teams inspection-ready and supported.
Requirements
Biomedical engineering or comparable technical field experience.
Comfort working across hospital, clinic, and laboratory environments.
Strong documentation discipline and customer-facing communication.
